Lisa Alavi cast opposite Tom Sizemore in the production of ’Narco Sub’, a Welling Films and Deep Water Productions Motion Picture Group alliance. Director Shawn Welling will be heading the film, backed by producers Derek H. Potts and Bo Brinkman.
Lisa Alavi signed onto the production of ’Narco Sub’ in Spring of 2020, playing " Nurse Madison Hayes" opposite Tom Sizemore. Her sister Sara Alavi also played along side her in the scene, as a nurse to Sizemore as well. Rumor has it, you may find them at the opening of the film, so get to your seats early.
This film follows the tagline of “ a man who will become a criminal to save his family” and will explore the lengths we may go to for the ones we love.
As of late June, the film wrapped production after minor delays with the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to assure actors’ safety on set as a priority. The film is on schedule for both International and Domestic releases of the film in the fall. The film is set to be distributed world wide after attending the Cannes, Hong Kong, and Toronto film Festivals over the summer.
Regarding Domestic release, they are planning a Limited Theatre Release in key cities the first week of October. This will be followed by a nationwide Digital Streaming Release.
